NatureBoss Terms & Conditions for Experiences
NatureBoss Pty Ltd (ACN 641 813 809) (“NatureBoss”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides experiential opportunities (“Experiences”) through third-party providers (“Experience Providers”) for businesses (“Experience Seekers”) who wish to book and participate in such Experiences. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and the Cancellation Policy, govern your use of the NatureBoss website and your participation in Experiences listed via natureboss.com.au or through partner platforms.
By registering, booking, or participating in an Experience, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be paid in full (or as per the payment terms listed) before the Experience date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Upon booking, your booking is confirmed once full payment is received and you receive a confirmation from the relevant Experience Provider.
- Changes to Experiences
- If NatureBoss needs to change essential details of the Experience (including date, time, itinerary, location or services included), we will notify you as soon as possible.
- You may be offered a suitable alternative, a credit, or a refund in cases of significant change, at our discretion.
- Cancellation & Refunds
- Change-of-Mind / Before Experience Commencement:
- If you cancel more than 14 days before the scheduled date of the Experience, you may receive a full refund, less any transaction or booking fees.
- If you cancel between 7-14 days before, a cancellation fee of 50% of the Experience cost may apply.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before the Experience, no refund will generally be provided.
- If you cancel more than 14 days before the scheduled date of the Experience, you may receive a full refund, less any transaction or booking fees.
- Provider-initiated Cancellation or Force Majeure:
- If NatureBoss cancels, you are entitled to a full refund, or, where possible, a credit for another date.
- For uncontrollable events (e.g. extreme weather, government restrictions, natural disasters), we will endeavour to offer alternatives or refunds in accordance with what NatureBoss can securely deliver.

- Unused Services / No-Shows:
- If you fail to arrive or do not participate, no refunds are issued.

- Voucher Validity / Price Validity:
- Vouchers (if used) and published prices are valid for a minimum period (e.g. 12 months) unless otherwise stated. If you use a voucher after price increases, you may need to pay the difference unless we specify otherwise.

- Experience Seeker Obligations & Conduct
- You warrant that the information you provide is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- You agree to comply with any safety, conduct, and eligibility requirements specified by the Experience Provider.
- You accept the risks associated with participating in Experiences, and must follow instructions from the Experience Provider and any local laws or guidelines.
- Disclaimers, Liability & Indemnity
- NatureBoss and its officers, agents, employees are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay or other harm arising from the conduct, safety, suitability, or availability of any Experience.
- You indemnify us against any claims, costs or losses arising from your booking, use, or participation in any Experience or breach of these Terms.
- Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other statutory guarantees.
- Intellectual Property & Content
- All content (images, descriptions, itineraries, materials) on the NatureBoss site or provided by us remains our (or the Provider’s) property.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or adapt any content without our written permission.
- Privacy Policy (Summary)
- We collect personal information (e.g. name, contact info, business info) necessary for booking and delivering Experiences.
- We share relevant information with Experience Suppliers/Partners to enable fulfilment.
- We will use your data for transactional communications, feedback, marketing (if consented), and service improvement.
- We protect your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws (including the Privacy Act 1988 in Australia).
- You have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information.

- These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
- Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and NatureBoss regarding the Experiences.
